Well, so far, for mission 5, it seems that:
All pirates give points.
Some characters who aren't pirates also give points, but it seems random. Tried several things and none made sense.

Maybe it's something about the story or just random, because I tried caste, class, act and none of the results matched.

Against Meister Galene, Aelide and Jorus i got 2 points. So I guess Jorus gave it to me... But still if the mercs worked Aelide should give another

That's why I say maybe it's random. Pirates + some other random ones. Or, since I don't know the story, maybe it's only people who helped the Pirates in any part of the story.

Mission 6: 6 points. 1 point everytime you cause 8 damage. (in my language it sayus it needs to be against different players, but I did it in 2 matches against the same person)
Mission 7: 10 points. 2 points per win in a tournament, 1 point per defeat.

seems like some appointed characters can become the "crew" including some Pack and Compendium characters as well as
