To celebrate the arrival of our new Warrior, we propose you this week a pre-builded Deck that will allow you to try a new playing style, obtaining some cards of the week. Come to discover until Sunday 25th August at 8 PM (Paris time) the deck "Combatants of the Emperor" for 999 Fee'z.

. Rare. Action. Nehantists. Marauder. Attack -7. At the end of the fight your opponent suffers the same amount of physical damages that you have suffered during this turn. Chain if there is less than 4 alive characters.

. (2 evolutions in all). On its last evolution : Rare. Kotoba. Warrior, Mage. Human. Chasseur de Démons. Spirit 2. Attack 6/8. Defense 4. Health points 14. Every time that magical damages are dealt, your Kotoba Warriors have Spirit +2 until the end of the turn. After you played your cards, if you have 2 playable fire Spells in your Hand, one of them is played. Turn 1, 3, 5 and 6: Defense and Spirit +2.

. Rare. Nehantic. Nehantists. Mage. Duration 2 turns. Each opposing character has Spirit -2 and suffers 2 magic damage points for each Corruption attached to him (6 maximum).

. Uncommon. Action. Kotoba. Choose a card attached to an opposing character. It's discarded. Warrior: If this card is an Item, a playable One handed Weapon from your Hand is played. Otherwise, an action from your Hand, except "Fullness", is played.

. Uncommon. Other. Nehantists. Marauder. Permanent. Attack +2 per Demonic Servant in game. Every time that a Demonic Servant activates, an opposing character suffers 1 direct damage point. Chain.

. Common. Sword. Kotoba. Warrior. Permanent. Dual Wield. Attack +2. As this card activates, Spirit +2 until the end of the turn and a "Blade Master" from your deck is played. Chain.

. Common. Shield. Kotoba. Warrior. Duration 2 to 3 turns. All characteristic penalties of your character are canceled. Your warriors cannot suffer anymore characteristic penalties. Chain Item.

. Common. Action. Nehantists. Marauder. Demon. Permanent. Every time that a character holding a Demonic Servant suffers damages, a Demon has Attack +1 or Defense +1. Chain.

Can somebody explain how can be useful?
And do the opponent suffering the physical damage, mitigates the damage based on their own defense as well?
For example, my character has 2 defense and suffers 10 points physical damage, does the opponent that has 5 defense, suffer 7 damages?
The only scenario I can think of it as useful, is for example when the opponent gets crazy attack, like 25/30, so you kinda reflect it back at them!

What is the point of the 3 nehant marauder cards in general? There's exactly one permutation of 3 nehant marauders in standard... and one of them isn't even a demon! Not to mention they are built with no common theme and have no synergies... AND this is the THIRD theme for nehants in standard that have NO effective crossover between them... meaning the only one which would otherwise have a hope with a little kick (scourge based... the other champions seem to be doing ok) is falling further and further behind (thank you crow & DK utterly ignoring defense... because why be consistent after banning piercing arrows?)

More and more pathetic.

I agree completely they are consistently screwing the nehants. There really is no good nehant deck left to play. You cannot play corruption in standard due to how bad the characters are (death-tree is good, the rest are really really bad.) They often get 1 shot. The demon warriors are bad as well since their defense is ignored. And demon marauders are non-existent.

would have been nice IF you could actually do some direct damage with blackness, but thanks to all these cards that reduce the damage your characters take by -1 or -2 it is also useless.

Overall, the nehants are in a terrible, terrible position and the devs don't seem to grasp what they need to do in order to fix them a little bit.

Hi,

I'm a Nehantist fan, and I play nothing but Nehantists, and I have to tell, there's a long long looooooooong time I do not get excited on Nehant updates, while getting a lot JEALOUS on others new cards.

I don't think to be using any of those new cards in Amnezy they are too weak and not good enough for the game level, maybe on standard I may use because we don't have other choices, but it won't be effective. BTW, they are Marauder cards, and our best Demonic Servant characters are warriors, Ripper and Inquisitor ;) and our good character, Scourge of Souls, is a warrior too :)

I'd like to see an update on Suicide Nehantists, the ones when Torment and Nightmare were released, all the updates we get are for Demonic Servants (and they never get good) or crap/weak corruptions and zombies.

Our characters are one shot most of the time, we need to place HUGE setup of cards to be effective with any playstyle, and PRAY for the opponent to not play that OP Naptys Mask, or something that unequip 4 billion cards, or nothing that "reduces damage by x".
