Honestly...

How hard is it to login remotely once or twice a day to check the servers are running properly???
if it isn't then take it down and restart as a Maintenance...

If nothing else at least let the player base know WTF is going on and an estimate on how long till its fixed...

It's called Customer Service...

This whole thing is seriously messed up.

It has to mean something more. Right? Like shut-down of game, end of support, etc? This can't just be simply bad service.

Yep... Totally shafted for Quil and Masters... Not even Champ Medals...

All I can say is there better be a Halloween and Advent Event of some description or the game will lose a lot of players...
