Yes... but when i found this out and announced it, the created another account, and voted on my card, so i could get in trouble too.. Some kind of revenge from his part..
For this reason, i stepped back in this form!
Unfortunately, there were always cheaters, and there will be.
This is why i think that feerik should choose the winner.

We took into consideration your reports concerning suspicious votes. There is no need to say that this behavior is totally reprehensible and that we won't tolerate it. We consider it to be even more damaging then multi-accounting in tournaments, given the fact that the Fan Card Contest is a yearly event and not a weekly one. Consequently, if these suspicious votes were to be confirmed, the players involved will be severely punished and disqualifications might be applied. We will wait until the end of the voting phase before investigating thoroughly. To all candidates of the contest, we would like to say that there is no need to step back at this point of the competition. We will keep you posted as soon as we have new information to share with you. Thank you all for your understanding.

Nous avons pris en compte vos retours concernant des votes suspects. Il est inutile de vous dire que ces comportements sont parfaitement répréhensibles et que nous ne les tolérerons pas. Nous estimons ces triches encore plus dommageables que l'utilisation de multi-comptes en tournoi, le Fan Card Contest étant un évènement annuel et non pas hebdomadaire. Par conséquent, si ces pratiques s'avéreraient confirmées, les joueurs concernés se verront lourdement sanctionnés et des disqualifications pourraient également être mises sur la table. Nous attendrons la fin de la phase de vote avant d'entreprendre une enquête approfondie. A tous les candidats du concours, nous souhaitons dire qu'il est inutile à ce stade de se retirer de la compétition. Nous vous tiendrons informés de la situation dès que nous aurons du nouveau. Merci à tous de votre compréhension.

also, if he cheats here, 102% he do the same with the market, check his market logs
