The translation had errors.
Some of translators are natives speaker of the language they translate.
The staff made a choice, we had here the two side with the ones from second and third clan in a side and the ones from the clan who achieved first in this event.

Well, I DO believe that they have native translators, but I can imagine them being externals, just getting the plain texts to translate, without any knowledge of the general context maybe or a fantasy environment. It's just a shame and the reason why I play the game in English and not in my native language... which sadly doesn't let me see my native forum, but that's another thing I mentioned a lot.

Like always we will just have to accept and swallow the decisions made.

coming from playing real TCG i can know the feeling of excitement whenever new cards are being released. and every new release opens up new questions in terms of gameplay and how the new cards will relate to the old ones. all of these has to be taken into consideration before releasing the cards into the market to minimize problems that the PLAYERS will encounter (and in most cases suffer from).

in relation to the recent posts, another problem is when the translation is clear and correct but the programming has bugs. so both must be done properly in order for players to really enjoy playing the game.

What do you expect after this ?
They won't change their mind after this statements.
All the possible solutions have been given to them before they made this statements.

So, this is the official statement? No apology, no reason why ? We gave Feerik hundreds of reasons why this is extremely unfair and problematic. But its just typical for Feerik i think. Well, there are enough card games, even gamewise better ones.

*Shrug* Personally I think they should at the very least change the communication at the very instance it was discovered that is wrong. Make another announcement or something to make it clearer.

Oh well... hopefully Feerik learnt something about the importance of translation and double checking it. At the very least acknowledge a problem here.

I believe no one at Feerik ever heard of the European standard: La norme européenne de qualité (European Quality Standard BS EN 15038:2006), which basically covers all professional translations... sadly.

After another discussion between us, and since the news AND the ingame tool were corrupted, we're going to give Kei'Zan Mythical to the 2nd and 3rd clan too.

That is really unfair to us, but i guess if we complain enough you are gonna refund the money we spend in the event dont you??? because be the first is the same than be the 3rd clan and a lot of difference in feez...

So when do i expect my refund???

What's more each member of the clan that won the event will get a Mythical version of Kei'Zan with a text personalized for the clan.

I spend about 2.500 feezs in the last hour of the event to be the first of the clans. I am very angry with Feerik because they have made me spend 3.000 feezs for nothing in this event. This way that Feerik is going to return my money to me? Sincerely I want a compensation for this. And I was speaking with people of the German clan during the event and they know perfectly that only the first position win the Keizan.

I was in silence because I read that we are gonna be the only winner of the Keizan (Feerik say that) but this change of decision is shameful. More than a week and this is what Feerik do. I was seriously thinking in leaving this game and losing my time in another game of cards that I play from Ubisoft. I have spent money in this for nothing. Feerik is not going to laugh at me 2 times.

And where is my personal card of the clan? Please....
