i tried playing the orb using Mak Dragon jr. menu. does not give the bonus... only works when played directly from hand. why?

already posted in spanish forum, whenever I play it via Mak Dragon jr. menu there no gold bonus for me, I can asume there also isn't +1% chance getting a rare, If it is the case (which would be barely imposible to prove) it should be fixed.
