This particular problem with soul system design is on the staff desk, but I believe they don't want to fix it.

Seriously?! So now we are back at square one with no idea if they are to fix, no idea when it will happen and STILL NO CONTACT FROM STAFF!!! If its on their desk then they should do some work! I don't have something on my desk for a year and do nothing about it. Especially when it is regarding the largest complaint received. This is just not good enough. We have paid for this - You have fucked it! Fix it now! Nothing has been done, nothing is being done, and no one is happy. How can this continue?

I think, the problem is that there are people who paid for such cards, so the problem is not so one-sided. But still, as for me, they should have given the possibility to make any card souled, not only the ones of new releases.

They could simply remove the +1 card played.
Maybe make soulstones more abundant and limite soul characters to 1 per deck, and soul cards to 5 per deck.

I understand people have invested in soul stones and don't want their investments devalued. I have invested in a near complete collection prior to soul stones. What i have invested in has decreased in worth dramatically with the introduction of soul stones.
Either way someone is loosing out. Soul stones are the cause for this. Bin them!
If you play against a deck with soul stones and you don't have any, you will loose almost 100% of the time.

The longer this takes to get some sort of response the harder the problem will be to fix as people will start investing more in soul stones.
Seriously, don't let them force us to pay money to win!

Unfortunately, this kind of unity doesn't exists here. All is done to push players to the competitivity. well, when taxes went to 30% something happened, but it was in a different era of eredan, (less powercreep, more players) without a balanced game and less players it we cant force them to change and i think doesnt matter to do it
cause isnt fun anymore, you can return to the non souled system, but you still have broken cards/decks to fix, and if they didnt fix them in the last 3 years or so (when the reprint system started) they wont do it
