yes, but from what I remember, rare card drop rates in non-boss fights (maybe except dark tower rooms) are 0%. So using your orb, you'll get a 1% chance to get a rare in those fights.
Every 5 seconds a prinny is thrown.

this way i can play more games and more chance for that 1% to give fruit
