If this event is linked to the Mekalchemist and the Mekalchemist was the potions specialist, isn't it odd that there isn't a single potion involved in this event?boadicea wrote:The Mekalchemist was trying to mix a new health potion in many different experiments. One of them consisted of extracting humanoid essences built from pure elements, then merging them using an araknoid cocoon.
Nothing could prepare the Mekalchemist to what he was creating.
What is it?
The forbidden invocation is an element on Eredan iTCG during which you can obtain many cards, such as the new character .
How can I get them?
Until Tuesday, November 24th at noon (CET), you will be able to fight three legendary creatures to try to get the ingredients needed for Arakna. Furthermore, every victory gets you some gold.
You also get 500 gold in every 399/400 Fee’z Booster.
This gold allows you to gather the ingredients faster and also gives you the possibility to purchase a surprise card in the events store!
Booster
During this event, you can also obtain the booster “Memory of the Mekalchemist”, including "", "" and "", as well as 36 of the newest cards.
Enjoy the game!

For the surprise card that costs 400 gold, are the displayed cards the only ones you can get? In other words do you have a 75% chance of not getting an uncommon and something better?

does losing to a boss reset the drop rate?

I'm not not sure anyone can (or will) give you a straight answer on that...But I really hope it doesn't reset.drako234 wrote:does losing to a boss reset the drop rate?

After 49 fights against the Queen, I got the Cocoon.. Now, after 57 fights against Sol'Ra Avatar and 34 fights against Zil I still do not have the ingredients
So the 50 fights theory is gone...

The only reason I even mentioned event packs and pre-con decks was that you started the whole thing about "fairness". Trying to illustrate that it's a mute argment, at least in my point of view. That's it.Wolvos wrote:i was talking about event rewards, not packs, not predecks, you said that, not me
Actually never said anything of the like, but alright. Though I could care less about you explaining how yer fellow player's fun or sense of achievement does not matter to you. Seriously? o.ôWolvos wrote:you want every reward for free, like the last 2 events, in which were possible get the new stuff if you wanted, i dont care if you cant or if you choose spent money on them, because the option of farm was there for everyone. a lot of people join the tournament of the border and finished the event
On a more serious note, I do get your point. And I do know that members of those 6 to 9 clans participating in that whole win exchange business often managed to finish those events. And I never criticized that either. Nor did I criticize that I was not one of them. And I'll be damned, if I'd blindly agree with anyone coming along trying to use the fact that people help each other for mutual benefit for an argument against anything. That's just ridiculous, in my opinion. Especially, since it's a fraction. Yer statement about "everyone being able to completel the event" just does not hold and is far from realistic. Which is why I quoted you in the first place.
If there's an event and people actually help each other, thus achieveing more than they'd be able to when playing by themselves, I believe that's an event and game well done.
No offense, but did you even read what anyone was saying in this thread? Sure, there's been initial grumbling about not being able to get both chars, but if you'd pay attention, no one ever claimed anything for free or the like. That's the whole fricken point. Many are simply discouraged and frustrated by the fact that even getting one char seems incredibly hard or well-nigh impossible for some. Which is due to poor design on Feerik's part. You yourself admitted to getting frustrated over the drop rates. So what's your issue with people explaining their disliking of the event?Wolvos wrote:what i cant understand is why every reward for free? this is new for me really, playing before the very first event of eredan, playing through premium events to 100% free, i cant remember if people got mad for not finishing the complete event for free
On point: No one is complaining about not getting both chars. All there is to it is people disliking the fact that the event fails in certain aspects like drop rate.
Also, I'd like to say that it's not like I want to show you up or the like. I simply take issue with that whole "white knighting"-like attitude, at least when I feel it's completely missing the point. Which, to me, you seem to do.
In the end, I guess it does not matter anyways. Moving on.
We even passed the 7th page by now! We're on a roll! ^^Calandra wrote:how about something positive?... 6 freaking pages on a topic for eredan??? when was the last time we had such a vivid discussion going on? ^^;
Re: November 18th 2015 - Forbidden invocation
Basically, they are breaking their own terms of service where it is clearly stated "Free To Play". This current format breaches several of the clauses in the European legislation for cyber games, and the Eredan staff is most likely going to be sanctioned if they do not remove "Free To Play" from their game description.
Re: November 18th 2015 - Forbidden invocation
we are agree in the same thing
but maybe i read some things different than you did, 2 o 3 players here, and some more in another forum complaining about not getting everything for free
skip the fact of the event being bad desinged, because we are agree on that
hope the staff patch this giving more time, adding gold/reducing prices or increasing the drops

i would just like to say "free to play" doesn't mean "free to win". if you are not buying anything from them they are not required to cater to you your not making them money. they still need to pay staff, upkeep on servers and such. if everything was free they would go out of business and there goes the game.
