March 12th 2014 - Card release: Vordak

New cards have been released on Eredan iTCG:

. (3 evolutions in all). On its last evolution : Uncommon. Nehantists. Warrior. Demon, Nehant Guemelite. Spirit 1. Attack 7/8. Defense 3. Health points 14. Gain Chain if you play a Weapon. Starts the game with a "Messenger" from your Deck. Turns 2, 4 and 6: The opposing character has Defense -1 for each Item attached to you.

. Uncommon. Sword. Unique. Nehantists. Warrior. Attack +3. Permanent. The opposing characters have Attack and Spirit -1. "Vordak": this card becomes an Other Item.


The following cards are reeditions of older cards, we took the opportunity to upgrade them:

. Rare. Action. Runic Legion. Warrior. Attack +2. Cor Rune: an additional Attack +2. Cor Rune: an additional Attack +2. Nox Rune: The next card played by the opposing character is discarded.

. Uncommon. Action. Unique. Runic Legion. At the start of the game, this card is attached to one of your Runics. Permanent. Attack -1. Each time one of your Runics activates a non-Runic card, he gains a Yr Rune.

. Uncommon. Action. Runic Legion. Your Runics have Defense +1, Spirit +1 and gain a Yr Rune. Duration: 2 Turns. Chain.


These cards are now available in the Newcomers Booster.

It seems hard to me to figure out what the upgrades of the reedited cards are.

Probably a bug, but new Ceremonial doesn't have level number in upper right corner

It'd be much better if they change the OLD&USELESS cards to be much more powerful to keep up with the new ones.

But what I see here is, they choose to reprint some ALREADY GOOD cards. And since those cards are already good, there are very few changes, almost unnoticeable. That make it look like there is no change at all. Just reprint the cards to make them available in the standard format. That's really boring.

Last week I saw only one reprinted card, so I thought 'it's fine'. But look like there will be more from now on. That's very disappointing.
