Hi,
today my gem of Prosperity isn't working. My chars used to gain the double XP in training room with that gem in my collection. Today they are only gaining the regular XP, wich is slow, that's why I've bought that gem of Prosperity in 1st place.
Could you check it please?
I'm portuguese and I've already created that topic in brazillian forum but it's admin just answered: "you can only gain xp in that room" wich is a noob answer so I'm creating the topic in english, maybe someone can report this problem.

Did you have trouble with your fair-play status ?
If you had left too much games, your fair-play status could be low and you win less XP and less crystals than usual.

I don't have seen any trouble with my personal rewards this morning and I have the gem of prosperity.

No, I didn't leave any game. However, it seems the problem was temporary, it's workign again now, thanks for your reply.

It is happening to me too, i have already cleared the internet cash but the problem persist.
PS: I don't have problem with fair play

Perhaps the clan bonuses are finished.

Yes, i m in a clã, but in training room i receive only 46 characters xp points per victory and most of the bonuses are active.

It seems to working again now.
