Did values of Kotoba boss rare drop rate get adjusted?

I've been farming him for kotoba rares for a few weeks now and have gotten nothing but the flower petals. Did his drop rate get adjusted to make up for how easy he is to defeat? Is anyone else having trouble getting him to drop anything other than petals?

dont know about this boss in particular, but i had long times of favor drops against noz envoy

no one can (will) confirm you a nerf in the drops, but i think this isnt the case

maybe you were extremly lucky and come back to join us again :p
