Also, Trophy progress is 23/24, even though I have 2 unopend rewards.

I have the same problem with Mr.Zub. I am trying all day. Tried 2 browser and my mobile phone too. Nothing. And i am not coming back in the game tonight. i hope i have no problem with the trophy!

24th isn't working for me... tried two different computers, two different browsers, tried clicking many times over a 10 hour period (since the clock rolls over at 6PM my local time)

I'll try again in around 10 hours... hopefully it will work then... since I can't seem to find how to contact support... (then again it is 4AM so I am a little sleepy)

same, 24th isn't working !

24th is almost over and I still can't open it...

Now its the 25th server time and it still won't open!
(at least it didn't charge me the 15 fez to fail to open)

I guess its now time to call in support.

The staff is not working during Christmas, they will resolve it on Monday
