Archimage Artrezil is shadow guemeltie, but it can't play the card "Panic" which is shadow spell.

panic is a circus cast spell, if the caste requirement haven't met, you cant play that spell
just look, abyssien the devourer and alyce

well Alyce "Could" Play it without the Circus but that's just her perk...but, that is off topic. What Wolvos Said is why archmage can't play it. So this isn't a bug.
