Feerik looks like a fraud ^^

Okay guys, let me introduce myself: My nickname is Vidocco, I was playing this game for about 2 years but for the past year I haven't played. I sepnt more than 100€ in this game and so a couple of weeks ago I remembered about it and tried to log in. My surprise was that when I introduce my Pseudo and Pass I discovered my account had been blocked due to payment issues.

The funny thing comes when that money actually did go out of my bank account and never came back. I've been two weeks sending e-mails to every contact they have and contacting by phone every phone they have: THERE IS NO ANSWER.

In fact, I don't know i they don't want to answer, if they are false e-mails or do not have anyone that speaks either english or spanish; but, when I saw there was no answer I decided to post it here to see if someone could give me a solution or at least if someone that is part of the fraud that eredan seems to be sees it and tries to do something about it.

If someone has any suggestion about how to get my account back or at least how to get my money, please tell me.
