When can our clan receive Gakyusha？

just as everybody knows,at the end of the event Lucyans classes our clan "龙组" got the first place。
but up to now two weeks，we haven't receive any award 。 no messages or replies。
most of us dont need Gakyusha hugely。
we just wanna know how long will it take to do this work。
btw， We all admire Feerik for its work efficiency，toooo low。

Please give us an answer as soon as possible.
eredan is a good game,we don't wana leave,But please do not let us disappointed again and again.

1 - are you that eager to get Gyakusha?
2 - why would there be any compensation as long as you get what you were promised?
3 - the world is unfair.
4 - how is it disappointing? Do you regularly play Kotoba fighters? Then do you really need him?

It's been two weeks, sure. Is that such a long time?
Zurga should answer your plea sooner or later.
Other than that, you can go to the French forum and ask this in the FAQ part:
"Notre clan 龙组 a remporté l'event des classes et on aimerait savoir quand Gyakusha nous sera distribué, ça fait déjà deux semaines qu'on l'attend. Merci de nous répondre en anglais."

Why is a chinese clan complaining in the english forum for a french game?
Most of the english forum denizens have little patience for people willing to shell out a significant chunk of money for exclusive promo cards.

we are quite sure that some incidents will be contrived。
so at the end of the event，some of us kept the screenshot
