Champion's Hall rare card booster

Does exchaging the card you get from the booster will unlock the market? I currently have drawn Compendium Secret but it's trash for me (I don't use noz decks, and I already have a full level Blanche).


EDIT: NVM, it doesn't I swapped it and got Dragon's Breath -_- still useless for me (adds it on Marzhim deck).
Every 5 seconds a prinny is thrown.
