I don't know why anyone's surprised about the limit. Standard business model for Ferrik.

Runics weren't bad. I did enjoy playing with them. Played right they could take out Dragon Nights, but I'd say I lost most of them time against them.

They really need to POST that there is a 100 game limit in every tournament description if that's the case. Instead they let players like me ruin their Christmas Eve to spend the whole day grinding through an event that CANNOT be won. BOO Feerik, BOO!!!!! Each day when a new deck can be chosen the game counters should be reset to 0 as well.

I fully agree. Also, I think it's a little short-sighted on their part.
If you consider an average player with 100 games will end up around the 200 mark ( 50/50 ) then you'd need 3x Boosters to get both cards. You can't even buy 3 Boosters with the smallest Feez bundle.
Let's be honest, if you weren't buying the boosters anyway, you wouldn't do it for a single card that'll probably end up banned from tournaments for being too random/broken.
At least I got to grind some Crystals and get a few Trophies in races I don't normally play.

Meanwhile at Feerik HQ: "So, we noticed a very big flaw at this event - free players can actually grind up for the reward in given time without paying. Hmm... We should make a game limit where you either must have 75% winrate or spit up money"
This is a new low, Feerik. 75% win in environment where there are prebuilt decks (no skill involved, just luck) is downright impossible. So the event cannot be completed by grind AT ALL, instead of just being hard - you need to pay up.
At least you could say it, you know, like WRITE ON THE EVENT PAGE THAT THERE IS A 100 GAME LIMIT! Oh sure, it is fun for hundreds of players to grind like mad for a reward that would be downright impossible to get! Failing to mention that important fact is unforgivable for a gaming company.

This 100 game limit is so pathetic. The two event cards need 325 event coin. That's over than 100% winning rate. (100match x 3=300 event mark ) So, impossible to get those two cards. Bravo!

Well, there's skill... some match ups are only winnable with perfect (or very close) play line... and sometimes not even then... there are a scant few true 50/50's... but, yeah, given that amongst the decks that are worth a damn anyway (i.e. the few out of all nineteen that can even hope to make the top 50) there are some number of autowin/loss... expecting anyone to sit on 75%+ is ridiculous. I ***REALLY*** don't know what is worse... a) That they intended full well for a perfectly average player to have to spend more than the minimum F'eez package to get the event cards AFTER grinding 100 games AND ONLY THEN finding out about the limit BECAUSE they chose not to advertise it. b) That they incompetently blanked on their own strategy (the fact you can use coins to reduce the cost of the decks AND you could only possibly reduce the costs of two decks to 50% by playing them... to lure people to pay the still probably too high 750 F'eez... STRONGLY suggests this... why wouldn't they want people to be able to reduce a third deck to 750 if they would want to buy more than two, but only for the discount price?)
