January 9th: Important - Change in the rhythm of releases

Dear players,

We inform you that the rhythm of the releases in going to slow down on Eredan iTCG.

Until February 12th, 7 cards will be launched every other week, alternatively with an event card and its associated trophy.
After that, a new card will be launched every week, and an event card with its associated trophy will be released every month.

But, existing cards will frequently be brought up to date to make them still interesting to play with.

So, you're essentially shutting the game down?

64 new cards over the 365 days in the year from Feb 12, 2014 to 2015...

Will be fairly easy to just close up then given the amount of interest anyone will have then.

Two LOLs, that I actually spent money because it looked like something that might go for a while.

That I finally got a good drop from champions hall and have been able to place in global.

Personal LOLs though, pretty shit overall.

One trophy every 2 and soon 4 weeks, yet we still get only a week to do them.

But yeah, this sounds like the beginning of the end. Tourneys and events are the only thing left and with that little support there is little use in spending money so the meta will stagnate and die.
A shame though.

Oh well... it does look to me like it is the beginning of the end.

Maybe they are going to balanse existing cards? Then it seems reasonable to decrease speed of updates and changing the situation.

I'd say to wait to what extent will existing cards be brought to date before bringing out judgement - personally I'd much rather see 5 outdated cards brought back to life than 5 new cards that are powercreeping old ones and must-buy for a deck.

This is a death knell and I defy anyone to argue the fact. I have experienced this on too many sites to not be eternally negative and I would have to be crazy to now spend any $$$ here. I defy any administrator to argue otherwise.
Prior to a response, please check how much I have invested in this game and then rationalize why, after this pronouncement, why I should spend another dollar.
