January 9th: Important - Change in the rhythm of releases

This does not look good. The best part is that this is the English section so we could ask legitimate questions or voice concerns and not get a response. So op.

Me too but if you think you won't have to buy them again, I say you're wrong. I'm quite sure those back to life cards will be new editions of the old ones as they did recently. How else could they manage to get you to spend real money ?

We are all worried about this announcement.
We don't know if it's a good thing for the game or a prelude to death of the game.
The good part is the temporary stop of the power greed.
We will see how it will continue.

If this game is going to end, when it would be announced? If not, when other changes (because curent system is stupid) will be?
Would there be some other releases? Not 1 card in a week, but a lot more? And when the new act begins?

Re: January 9th: Important - Change in the rhythm of releas
It is possible that the slower release cycle is part of a plan to rebuild Eredan for the future. However the fact that nothing is said with regards to that is magnificent PR blunder.
On the other hand Eredan has always been managed like a cash cow with events and releases geared towards making people spend money. With a slow release cycle like that that wont happen, and without new content people will be less active. With no assurances to the future there is also less incentive to spend. Add to that that Heartstone is planned to leave beta during 2014, then it simply has to be asked how much of the already small playerbase would survive a year of that. In addition a wind down in releases in most games indicates preparations to end the game, and so far we have no reason to not assume a similar fate for Eredan.
All in all it is possible for this to be a neutral or good news, but the indications for this to be a bad omen are heavy and there is nothing telling us otherwise so far.

I would suggest that we don't buy any Feez until the matter has been clarified or at least some response from Feerik about clear direction of this game in the future.
I wouldn't want to support a game that is dying.

no need for a clarification, because the game is clearly not dying at all.

According to Cian's fb page, the next character release is gonna be his last for eredan.
Every 5 seconds a prinny is thrown.
Re: January 9th: Important - Change in the rhythm of releas
Maybe they do not need a lot of artists according to new releases. Anyway, they will correct current balance in case game is not going to be ended, instead of adding new cards.
Was Cian the only eredan's artyst?
