Need to update Noz Blast

Well, now that I can make a bunch of decks using the same cards, I figured that I should just spend a little cx (thanks, auto sell) on making a basic fire blast engine. This is what I'm thinking so far:

Characters:
Lord Dragon Alishk (Fire)
Master-Mage Pilkim
Lady Izandra

Spells:

3x Disintegrate
3x Burn in Hell
3x Thunderstroke
3x Thousand of Birds
1x Mastery
1x The Last Action
1x Eredan's Wisdom
1x Break the Second Chain
2x Academic Lesson
1x The Other Side of the Coin
1x Reborn

Strategy:
Pump flat damage on characters, dump a burn in hell and combo the Birds and Thunderstroke

Pros:
-Almost does not need Spirit at all, so the damage will generally not change.
-Reduces spirit, so your damage will be true

Cons:
-Damage by chain, so a very high Spirit opponent or a modifier immunity will counter this deck hard
-Did not test this, but I don't feel that this is very consistent...

Could you give a couple recommendations?
These days, there are so many anti-mage cards, especially SOS, that I honestly don't know many cards that would prove to be that useful as removal...
