zil priest have this new strategy of filling discards and the old one of filling the opponent's deck, but they need new/improved cards, dont know if this new character is enough

I think they can't survive well enough since they can't play theurgy faith so no -4dmg card like the other priest decks. That's why we can't see any Zil priest in Quilingo tournament.

got 6th place with my Zil priest deck 2 tournaments ago... the deck is valid and strong against most others... i could have gone even higher but i lack time and interest in doing so

I fought Shadow essence for the first 5 days and got no essences...
Today I switched to cocoon and still haven't dropped that...
I don't have any ingredients atm, I've been spending all of my energy everyday and haven't lost a game yet, is this normal?

Depends on who you ask. But No, it shouldn't be. I bet a lot of people are having bad luck. I've had decent luck but still don't have the last ingredient (cocoon) yet. Does anyone know if we need the ritual for the the final version of both?

I'm averaging a drop about every 4-5 matches vs Zil... Way too low a drop rate when hunting an ingredient...

If they were "Serious" about FTP being able to get 1 Char free then the drop mechanics should have been much more forgiving vs Zil and Sol'ra... Didn't find a problem with the drop rate for Queen...

Again I come back to, "Defeat Mission X for Y times = Ingredient" lets see if they've learned that next time...

Now I have reached the 90th fight against , and I still did not get the essence needed.... It's not annoying at all, dear Staff, I'm not fed up with this whole event, really... Not to tell that I did not get the Shadow Essence neither...

2,5 day to get cocoon
At the gates of the 2,5 days trying to get essence of Sol'Ra with no result. I havent't Zil Essence either.
Only 1 day left.
Not enough gold to buy an emergency item and the parchment since I'm getting 5 most of the times.
I could say life is unfair but this is just poorly designed.
