11/10/2016 Release

New cards have been released on Eredan iTCG!

All the following cards have from now on a Damned and Sacred evolution.

(3 evolutions in total)

At its last evolution:

Rare
Class: Warrior
Guild: Nehantists
Race: Demon
Cast: Colossus
Spirit: 3
Attack: 10/10
Defense: 5
Health points: 20

Effects:
Can not play any Action. Dual Wield.
Gain Chain if you play a Nehantist Item.
Turns 1, 3 and 5: A "Demonic-Blade" from your Deck is placed in your Hand.


Super Pack

For this release, the Inferno Super Pack is available in store for a limited time!

The Inferno Super Pack contains + 5 Standard Nehantists boosters, so 60 of the newest cards, including at least 5 Rare, 20 Uncommon and 5 Damned or Sacred as well as up to 5 additional Destiny XP cards!

Effects:
Duration: 2 Fights.
Defense +1, Spirit = 0 and -3 to magic damage suffered.
Amidaraxar: Permanent.
Sacrifice 1: Players don't draw cards at their next drawing phase.




Rare
Nehantists

Effects:
If Inferno is already in play, he has Attack +5 and Defense -2 until the end of the game.
If not, choose a living ally.
He dies and is replaced by "Inferno".
"Inferno" is a Demon and has Attack = 15, Defense = 5, Spirit = 2 and Health points = 30.
He cannot play any card and dies at the end of the next Fight.

Uncommon
Class: Mage
Guild: Nehantists
Races: Nehant Guemelite
Spirit: 3
Attack: 3/6
Defense: 3
Health points: 13

Effects:
Gain Chain if you play "Enslavement" or "Dark Ritual".
When "Inferno" or "DeathBlade" suffers damage, "Amidaraxar" heals as many Health points.
Turns 1, 3 and 5: All your Warriors gain Attack +3 until the end of the next Turn.

Common
Class: Warrior
Guild: Nehantists
Race: Demon
Spirit: 2
Attack: 8/9
Defense: 4
Health points: 13

Effects:
Gain Chain if you play a One Handed Weapon.
Cannot play any Action.
Turns 4 and more: "DeathBlade" and your opponent suffer 1 direct damage point.


These cards are now available in the Newcomers booster.

I think they are interesting in combination with cursed items and other weapon/equipments.
You could use as 3 character.
Maybe not a top tier deck but it looks like fun.

inferno has godly stats already for his class, combo it with unstable portal he will survive forever, dont care too much if he cant play some cards just use crown of the border and you will be fine boosting attack with items

but take a look at this

"sacrifice 1: players dont draw in their next draw phase" having 2 in hand would be disgusting or comboing with CATT or even with machiavelism :$

Yeah i dislike the mask idea.... im not saying its an op deck... but no hand is certainly a deck thats not fun t play against.
And deathblades stats are....pathetic.
I mean she has that HUGE ENORMUS disadvantage....and stats lover than her fellow guildmates.

I like the idea behind updating those cards, as they didnt see any kind of play, but Deathblade still seems to be lackluster. Just compare her to Inferno! He is flat out better in every single way. Deathblade would need some kind of good additional effect or massive boost in stats to be playable in more but a fun deck.

The new mask seems to be okay. Denying the enemy to draw cards is annoying indeed, but this card denies both players and also costs an additional card to use the effect.

Did you count al no-hand / no draw cards to this point?

3x means the card could be played about 6 times in a row, if you are good ... now with 3x it is possible to make a whole game with a non-drawing opponent ...
Then just play (and maybe ) and your opponent is lucky enough, to play the cards from the first draw or even only in turn one and will draw nothing the whole game ... That is no fun to play against.

is still bugged and forces you to sacrifice a character while Inferno is already one of your characters, and replaces the sacrificed character with a level 2 Inferno.

Also I really hope the next update for Nehantists will be better, the last few updates really give me hope.

I would love to see these characters or their supporting cards redone again, or some new cards supporting this deck, as I like the chars, but they are not really good as is. Inferno is fine with his high base stats, but Amidharaxar and Deathblade really need some additional love. Deathblades stats and chaining ability isn't enough to justify her massive draw back of not being able to play actions. Amdiharaxar's ability seems useless, since he will be dead after one round against most decks anyway. And boosting his attack with Enslavement and Dark Ritual is too slow.

, , , and are the only cards supporting this combination of characters, and most of them have rather small effects. You can't really play more spells or actions, as only Amidharaxar can use them, but Amidharaxar can't take much use of most items which are good for the 2 Demons.

I have tried this deck, and I have upgraded all 3 of those chars to their soul versions. It IS fun too use, but it is too slow and inconsistent when compared to most decks you will face in Quillingo.

Also there is quite a shortage on sacred/damned cards for Nehantists, with being unique and not really being a card I want to play 3 of. Most other guilds got more choices with their respective updates. (I still hope sacred/damned will be reworked, but with the mechanic as is now this is quite a problem for Nehantist decks.)
