Need a Hand for the Kotoba?

Well, because this forum seems a bit dead i wanted to offer anyone help who wants to build a kotoba deck.
I have a general knowledge of most kotoba decks and can offer some general advice on building them.
But those will not be top tier decks, i can just offer a general line to build a deck.

sry, for the late answer, yes i can help you with most of the decks.
was a bit stressfull i nthe last times.
Well trackers are quite a expensive deck.
Because you need 3 .

tsoutai on the other hand are relatively cheap.
the core cards here are basicly most of the flawseeker cards.
Namely fro mmost important to least:

yeah, those are somwhat expensive but are the core cards of the deck.
with those you get a huge power spike.
And if you have those cards like are really geting a good bost.
For now you can substitute somethign like or .
a bit expensive but good (not that necessary but if you have one add it to the deck)

For chars i personaly recomend
(top priority)
Strongest of the bunch with AWESOME effekt.
solid overall, nice team boost

and if you have calling and harmony
being able to chain speels is awesome and at one point she outgrow the other 2 i ndamage by a lot.
+ her atk reduction protectio nis nice.
disadvantage:
Magical dmg speels are useless on her because it misses her basic attack.

I managed (after lots of grinding and breaks from the game) to buy calling x3 and harmony x3. Now I don't know what to do if I don't have does work?

Also, can I get a decklist with how a Tsoutai deck should look? And some replacement cards.

Welp, the new updates might roll everything a bit around.

I mihgt post a rogh decklist of my deck but it isnt top notch and more like a rough sketch.
Regulatory outfit is a VERY strong card and 3 of those would be awesome for a deck espacially with the new....sigh.....soul mechanik.

Allegiance is nice but not too needed, 2 are mostly more then enough.
Substitutes are and you have none of those, well then just play with fewer cards.
There is not much reason to water down your deck with sub par cards.

I see, well I have 3 regulatory outfits so I can say that I'm kinda set.
Also, what's that Soul Mechanic?

Sry, had a bit much to do, so here my deck.
I bet its not the best any more because of those sacred and damed cards.
Chars:

2(maybe even three, quite unsure here) x
3 x

Utility:
1 x (to destroy craftsman decks)
(i own only one but a bunch of those are nice) to break def walls or reduce incoming damage from attack heavy charachter.
2-3(here too i only own one) x Youll get the ful lbenefit and pull out a regulatory outfit, so basicly 1 spirit 1 atk and 2 def for free
questionable: nice bonus but still quite average.


To top it off you can add trophy cards like or legendarys like
