No need to worry Jisay said that everyone who tried to open today's hatch will be able to get the legendary. This bug will be resolved on Monday.

I spoke in this topic, i warned Glainborough about my problem via private message, and click the hatch like 90 times, so i should be safe lol :´D

Also having this problem. 24th December hatch wont open. Raised a ticket. Hoping for quick fix.
