Well ixor kinda gives chain two handed weap to the other war guem... So I would call that an ability ^^'
The thing is, that I wouldn't say his order bnus is an ability ; so he'd still have two.
Anyway, there may be other characters with 3 abilities. My point was, more than 3 ability is too complicated or too powerful.
In that way all the order bonus are not ability if not just order bonus, some better than others but at the end is only his round..
