And while the top 3 trophy? My clan remained in 3º thinking we'd win the Keizan, a translation error that cost us dearly. Makes no sense battling to stay in the Top 3 if only the first gets a reward.

Tell them that we work hard to achieve Keizan. AS SAID IN TRANSLATION "all top 3 will win Keizan" ...
My clan remained in 3rd hoping to win.
I'm so unmotivated that neither i feel more willing to invest in the game, I invested so much to win the event and lose by a mistake of the administration of the game.

We know that they're some peoples we couldn't help this morning (like the foreign languages who live in another time slot), and we've surely missed a long list. Like for the Kei'zan reward, we're going to have a little tchat about that tomorrow morning (in french time). By that time, please be free to contact your respective support.

i guess i was one of the lucky ones as i did receive help but i feel really bad for these other players who didnt. the event.. well it wasnt that hard but it was if you didnt record right. i mean you could knock out 8 of the 27 recipes no sweat (the onese that made the actionc ard and leaves) but the others were craxzy and i know i did cyan x3 at least once before getting the event. I do hope you guys et compensation.
