We heard that Feerik are going to not give the the mythical Kei'Zan to the clan No.2 and clan No.3 in the event “The Colors of Spring” as they promised; this is unreasonable and disappointing. First, if there was no translation error from Feerik, Clan “龙组” would take all of its power to get the first place. Second, a responsible company will be responsible for its mistakes, and a reward like a card for the top 3 clans is not very much in a game as well as to Feerik. If Feerik broke the promise and canceled the reward , the mythical Kei'Zan, to the clan no.2 and clan no.3. It would be a shame on players who have been working in good faith and spending real money toward to the reward in this event. Eredan is not the only online card game in this world, our players can change and go to other card game and we believe that you dont want to see this.

i would definitely quit the game after me and friends have to spend real money to get no. 2 and 3 in the list only to tell us that we cant get the rewards. Totally yuck! If Feerik really is going to keep their decision on this, i think most of the paying players in those top - pay - clan would quit... An even like that would give feerik 10k£ easily, but i guess they dont want anymore money tho (just some bloody pixies they can give to the people that have worked hard - pay hard)

PS: I am not even a member of those top 3 clans. This is just to voice my concern. A good product isn't enough, it needs good after sale service also. Time to rethink your strategies perhaps, Feerik?

Just to add that i have been playing shadow era game for most of the time before coming back to eredan (still playing it). I tho they had improved their way of business, but oh well... guess not. I wouldn't stick with a company like this, cause in the future this unfortunate thing could well fall on me...

this is certainly not the way to encourage new players or keep existing ones.

when it comes to encouraging people to spend money make sure you put up the correct information, otherwise it comes across as scamming people out of their money.

especially with this new forum and you can't visit or translate other regions properly.

They should give the players the card, is only bits of info, it doesn´t cost them anything.... I´m surprised how boring the game has become, adventure was long forgotten, sorry just wanna complain.

As far as I know, all three clans contacted Amnezy the community manager to be sure of the meaning of the news, and that already before last weekend! They were all aware that only the first clan would win the prize, so this is just ridiculous to argue for something that was clear.

I am a player who played in Chinese version of Eredan, and my clan "龙组" bit the no.2 in this event. I can tell you that we have never received any information like "only the top 1 clan can win the prize (special Kai'zan)". We just knew it since yesterday, and we all surprised and now we feel we were played like A FOOL.

If you want we can provide the screen shot of the event; during whole events, it always say the top 3 clan can win the prize (special Kai‘Zan). I believe that this is because the Chinese version was translated from the English version.
