If I buy a Newcomer deck and get a champion charater, This character can upgrade to lvl 2??? or I must buy the champion deck to unlock lvl 2 upgrade? when I got champion characters, The mission to upgrade this character to lvl 2 will be appear in adventure mode? this upgrade is counted for Newcomer decks ????

You will most certainly not get a champion from a newcomer deck (you meant booster?). Only 'standard' characters are included in those. A 'champion' in this case is a special kind of character. They will be available in the newcomer 'boosters' though.
Level 2 upgrade quests for champions are available in adventure mode for everyone (Even if you don't have a champion). There is a special location on the map for the that.

EDIT: Just saw the champions are also available in the guild and lite boosters.

Champions are not "special" characters
They are standard characters with a specific class.

You can have them in "new comers" boosters, lite boosters and guilds boosters like any others rare cards from a recent release.
