Says the characters "In Battle" cannot be healed.. So why can't I heal "Out of battle" characters? Seems as if the text is either incorrect or the card is bugged. Either way, figured I would point that out.

If it happens again and I can take a screen shot fast enough sure.. It happened a bunch of times yesterday, but haven't ran into a single eclipse deck today.

Happened once again. I have no idea how I am supposed to catch a screen shot not knowing when the player is going to use it. Nonetheless, looking into it would be greatly appreciated.
This time it happened when they played cobra venom and I played Noz Dingard Sword. My out of combat characters did not heal.

No other card like that could explain the non-healing part ?

Definately not.
Cobra Venom simply prevents all Chars from being healed.
