They probably won't change anything major until the playerbase drops by a third, even if that happens they'll probably just shrug and keep doing what they're doing.

Personally speaking, I am a semi-active Eredan player. I have sunk some money in it too. I love the artwork, it is done with highest standards, in my opinion, even maybe better than the said game. The mechanics and ideas are all great! They come up with new ways of strategies and cards and in a way that it balances (or at least tries to) in the overall game and there wouldn't be just ONE cookie cutter deck. However, I believe Eredan is suffering from lack of economical and financial resources, and by taking their time, they are getting slower and slower, in an age of online gaming, where there will be new competitions, and the competitors have experience in doing what they do too! So by being slow, you kinda give others a golden opportunity to prove themselves and steal your player base for themselves. I feel that the climbing the hill of the game as a new player is too steep, that it'll turn people away right from the beginning. I also feel that the pack prices of the game are too high as well. This is a vicious circle, as they need to sell packs and make money, and if not enough people buy it, they need to make it more expensive to cover the costs! Obviously, a bigger community and player base means more money coming towards Eredan. Unfortunately, they are making the game more and more "Novice unfriendly" to the verge that at some point only hardcore enthusiasts might get into the game from new, and all is left would be old day veterans whom played the game over the years. This way the stream of income will slowly dies to the point of the game's death Eredan either needs a lot of advertisement and radical changes to welcome new players (Which means to dip into their own pockets and spend even more, risking even less income) in order to revamp the game and breathe a new life into it, OR They can leave the game as it is, use their experience and their unique mechanics and storyline and characters, and make a MMO-TCG unlike what they've done today, to make it appealing to many many more players. Kickstarter can easily fund this, rather than paying it themselves, therefore reducing the risks significantly, making the final product much better, and making it CHEAPER so people would stay with it! They are making a new game as of now, but I believe that it won't improve the situation, as their player base, in my opinion, is way too small for a game like this. I know other forums, especially French ones, are much busier than English, but just looking at the forums, the number of Tournament participants and everything else, makes it clear that people with none to mid range experience in this game are leaving it!

Hell, only reason I'm still here is because there's but so much I can take of mindlessly blowing people's heads off in fps games.

Ghoghnoos, maybe we should also suggest what the outline of their kickstarter would entail.
I believe it should have an outline for what the staff wants to do in terms of features, and what they can do to make the game more accessible if they reach their goals.
Donators can be compensated in the current game through the Promo code option we have in the in game profile settings to redeem rewards, what those rewards may be is kind of up in the air though, because awarding feez would be counterproductive to the kickstarter movement (they essentially just bought feez, giving no new revenue outside of what those people would have bought in feez)

And most people with large amounts of money just think of themselves, which will likely lead to an even worse in game economy than we currently have.

But the big idea behind Kickstarter is a brand new, polished game! Possibility of importing your existing account should be included, and basically making the game a stand-alone game! Even the web only part can still function with less features! Just like many other games! Battlefield 4 has a playable part, done on a TABLET! Not a PC! Imagine that! TCGs should be easy to have different versions! Core game is the same, just the ease of use and features are different in different versions!

Importing old accounts would be a must, otherwise it's like they gave up on this version and all the players in it -_-

The idea is reported, I can't do more for this.
A tablet version is under development. Perhaps they will do also a fixed version for low connection to avoid to transfer everything each time, but this last part is only my own assumption.
