Yes, the description says they appear when certain conditions are fulfilled, but idk what those are!!

You have to follow the type of cards psalm plays. his deck has 5X potions, 5X water spells and 10X action cards.
Your deck should have the exact same numbers, if you want a good chance of getting it.
