Does anyone know if works on undead warriors who can't chain? Will it grant them chain?

Someone must it test, but I'm guessing NO.
Every 5 seconds a prinny is thrown.

when an effect says "you cant do something" even a card that allows you to do the inverse effect doesnt work

at least for now, until a new rule appears
