last time the hardest one was nebsen (mercy and the random 1 to 10 dmg nova) but that was in act 6, it should be easy now

because you have to spam the card everyturn and thats not very effective, the best choices are , and

i played with 2 and its nearly impossible, you have to ignore the healings every turn
