List of Clans for Dragons Raids

Hi ! I want to make a list of all the clans that want to make Dragons
for the people know who ask and when the clans are available. That's will more easy to find people and clan sometimes.

So, if you are or if you know BRAZILIAN clans (I will ask in each country part of the forum and make a list on this post after i have too many answers), I need the name of the leader(s) and when they are available (approximately).
