Tell me what you guys think. It is based around playing Sky Inhabitant+Academic Lesson. As well as Thunderstroke+Attracts Lightning.
Obviously if you have the crystals why not go for some Legendaries. But this is just my idea of a Non legendary version. Any feedback would be great.

You don't need lightning blade.
1 Spark Things Off is good enough.
2 Academic Lessons is good enough.
Hit by Love isn't necessary.

I think the Ugly Corc is better in your LU because you don't play static charge and the +1 defense could save you to a OS.
