Unstable portal against Dazzling presence

I played in round 1 and the opponent have attached but is like i hasn't played anything, the opponents have the -6 dmg suffered effect active, and the next round -4 dmg.
I don't know. Or it is a huge mistake in the description of the card or it is a bug.
So i hope any one can fix it soon cause that card is so damn good, and with bugs even more.

I was just wondering... is this already reported or there is someone working on it?
cause i didn't have an answer and as i see Ken kazaki neither, maybe it's not a bug or just a bad translation of 1 of those cards.
