Can anyone explain why these players can use these characters in a standard tournamnt?

None of those characters are banned from The "Standard Arena" battle, I noticed quite a few Older Legendary available to use, for the event, dunno if they used current standard rules, if they had they might reconsider the winnings for event...because I think a lot of people used those characters.

I'm pretty sure there weren't any rules or global rules for this tournament, because everything seemed legal in this tournament.

maybe you need to read the rules properly then.

Restrictions :

Format : 1 character and 15 to 30 Cards.

Only Cards from the Stardard Serie. Only 1 Unic card per deck.

THe tourney was bugged. I hope all the cheaters get their score cancelled....

Even though I gave in at the end and used myself, I wouldn't mind seeing all the cheaters punished. I mean seriously, I saw a in the tournament and sure I could counter him with if I was prepared but he totally caught me off guard.
