how can i get cards in campaigns

hello everyone. I have a question. How can I get rewards from the campaigns, for example pic-nick from "the treasure of zahal". I played this campaign many times, but I still don't have this card. What can I do to get it? Please help me ;) (Sorry for my poor english. I am weak in languages)

ok. One more think. I must play all levels whether only last encounter to have chance to get this card?
