[no bug] Zil jacket

Reproducibility:
Managed to reproduce it in the pvp room with an non-Zil character setup.
Recap:
Zil jacket applies it's effect even when a non Zil is wearing it and it is discarded. Also, when the character dies, it considers itself discarded and triggers its effect, as well.
Description:
The Zil jacket is not working correctly.
Setup:
Initiative doesn't seem to play any role, the bug appears in both cases.

The dying part is not a bug.
When a character dies, all cards attached to him are discarded.
And they are considered as discarded from the game.
