What is the first level of Fire and Air Elemental

I was going through the stone-linker cards and realized that air and fire elemental are level 4 creatures. So what are their lower levels?

They don't have any because they are rewards from the tower mission in PVE.
In fact before the stone-linkers were released these two characters were mercenaries.

thanks, i was looking at the card database and it said there was a water and earth elemental too, but I can't find them anywhere. Any idea of where they went?

Wait, wait, wait ! I was wrong !
AIR and FIRE elementals were released with the stone-linkers but they just have one level (4). WATER and EARTH elementals are the ones that are rewards from the tower mission in PVE but they also have just one level.

who knows if the dark tower had two more floors fire and air might have shown up in dark tower.
